SARAH has a deep understanding of what directors look for as she is an experienced casting director. Her style of teaching is sensitive and suited for young actors. Sarah has been casting children and adults in the Bay Area for independent and national feature films and television series for over 10 years.
• ACTIVITIES WITH SARAH will improve a student’s ability to interact and develop a relationship with a partner for film acting and TV series auditions. LEARN TO LISTEN, take direction, make choices, and understand your characters objectives. Sarah will also share stage with you. She will show you how to approach, analyze and break down cold script readings using professional scenes.
SARAH’S CASTING CREDITS: She was involved in casting an upcoming new film starring Nicole Kidman, Hemingway and Gellhorn, which was shot in the Bay Area. She also took part in casting the films, True Grit, Parenthood, Kite Runner and more.
• PARENTS ATTEND a Q & A session at 4:45PM to review what the students covered in the workshop. Parents will also gain insight about the entertainment industry and learn audition tips to help their child succeed in the Bay Area.
