As the Senior Agent at a prestigious talent agency in L.A., Mitchell Gossett, oversees the agency’s operations for films, TV and talent scouting.

Mitchell studied acting at the NYU School of the Arts BFA program and holds a MA in Acting from Cornell U. For 5 years he owned Gossett Entertainment; a talent mgt. co., where he managed actors for film opportunities. Mitchell has developed and represented some of the most successful young actors such as: Miley Cyrus (Star of Hannah Montana) Annasophia Robb (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) Daniel Logan (Star Wars) Hayden Panitierre (Heroes) Andrea Bowen (Desperate Housewives) Vincent Martella (Everybody Hates Chris) Matthew Underwood (Zoey 101-Nickelodeon) Khamani Griffin from San Francisco (Daddy Day Care) and a host of others.

When you audition you need an edge to get a callback and the job. Activities will focus on the auditioning process and character development through the use of monologues. Learn to understand your characters objectives, make choices, take direction, and enhance your cold reading skills. Open to intermediate and advanced skill levels and beginners with acting experience. The day also includes instruction with a KOC coach. Bring a lunch and a photo. Resumes are optional.

Parents attend a Q & A session at 5:15PM to gain insight about the entertainment industry and auditions. (The presence of this coach in no way constitutes the promise of representation or employment.)

ENROLL LIMIT, 12 PER AGE GROUP.
