REGISTRATION
TO REGISTER: Fill out registration form completely & sign where indicated. List each student to be enrolled. Full payment or a minimum deposit of $125.00 must be included with registration form for each course and each student. Registrations will not be accepted without a deposit. Registrations accepted in order received. Early registration IS ADVISED TO ENSURE YOUR CLASS CHOICE.
BALANCE OF PAYMENT: The balance of all course fees are due at, or prior to the first class, or a payment plan may be arranged at the first class (see Payment Plan below).
DISCOUNTS: FOR SF WEEKLY SERIES STUDENTS!
• $5.00 prepayment discount applies if paid in full by Sept 30.
• $5.00 discount applies to 2nd student from the same family.
• Weekly series students: $20 discount for Hollywood Workshop
HOLLYWOOD WORKSHOP DISCOUNTS & PAY PLANS
$20 discount for two Hollywood Workshops • $40 discount for three Hollywood Workshops. Pre-payment is required before the class date. Payment plans available.
CONFIRMATIONS: Registrations received by Sept 30 will be confirmed by mail. Those registering after Sept 30 are advised to contact our office to confirm registrations.
SCHOLARSHIPS
We offer limited reduced fee Scholarships to low income families for S.F. courses. Link to our menu on our website to print out an application or call. A $50.00 refundable deposit, registration form and documented proof of income must accompany your application. The maximum assistance is up to 40% off. Send application by Oct 1.

POLICIES
CLASS SIZES: Weekly series are limited to between 6-14 students for maximum individual attention.
CLASS CANCELLATION: A minimum of 6 students is required for optimum student interaction. When class minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled or combined with another class. Full refunds are given for cancelled classes.
STUDENT CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of $25.00. Should it be necessary to cancel, notify our office as soon as possible.
ONE-DAY WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 5 days prior to the class date will be refunded 50% of the course fee. Cancellations within 24 hrs before the class date will not receive a refund. Class size is limited. Early notification is appreciated.
WEEKLY SERIES CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 7 days prior to the student’s first day of class are subject to loss of a $125 deposit. No refunds after the first class.
MAKEUP CLASSES: There is no provision for makeup classes or interchanging of classes.
RETURNED CHECKS: Will be charged $15.00.
