REGISTRATION
HOW TO REGISTER: CAMPS and ONE DAY WORKSHOPS:
• CAMPS: Marin/Saint Raphael School & San Francisco @ Zion Lutheran School only
• WORKSHOPS IN S.F. @ 3200 CALIFORNIA ST, SF 94118.

Fill out registration form and sign where indicated. List each student to be enrolled and each course. Registrations will not be accepted without a payment.  Registrations and deposits are accepted in the order received until classes fill. Register early to ensure the class of your choice. Mail or fax registration form to Kids on Camera.

REGISTRATION, DEPOSIT, DISCOUNTS: Marin & S.F.
A $50 non-refundable camp deposit for each student and each week, or payment in full, must accompany a registration form. Registrations are accepted in the order received. Fees include a camp DVD

DISCOUNTS: $20.00 sibling discount. $20.00 discount for 2 week or more enrollment. (Refund Policy: Written requests required. Exceptions and credits are considered for cancellations on a case by case basis. No refunds after June 18.)

CONFIRMATIONS:
All registrations for Marin and S.F. camps received by June 18 will be confirmed by mail. Registrations received after June 18  should contact our office for confirmations and receipt of your deposit. For East Bay students must contact your location for confirmations.

ONE-DAY WORKSHOPS IN SF & PAYMENTS: Full pre-payment is required before the class date. Cancellations within 5 days prior to the workshop date will be refunded 50% of the course fee. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours before a scheduled class. Credits are considered for 24 hr. cancellations for future courses in 2008.

POLICIES
CAMP/CLASS SIZES: Camp/class sizes range from 12-16 students per age group to allow for maximum individual attention. One-day workshop class size range from 12-14 students per age group.

CLASS CANCELLATION: A minimum of 8 students is required for optimum student interaction. When class minimum is not met, classes may be cancelled or combined with another class. Full refunds are given for cancelled classes.

MAKEUP CLASSES: There is no provision for makeup classes or interchanging of classes.

RETURNED CHECKS will be charged $15.00

SCHOLARSHIPS:
KIDS ON CAMERA offers limited work/study exchange scholarships to low income and special need families. Call or link to our website for an application. Scholarships offer reduced fees and are dependent on space availability and will be confirmed 3-5 days before your first day of camp or workshop date. A $50.00 refundable deposit, registration form and documented proof of income or a letter, must accompany your application. Financial assistance is up to 40% off the course fee. Apply early.

REGISTRATION
TO REGISTER: Fill out registration form completely & sign where indicated. List each student to be enrolled. Full payment or a minimum deposit of $125.00 must be included with registration form for each course and each student. Registrations will not be accepted without a deposit. Registrations accepted in order received. Early registration IS ADVISED TO ENSURE YOUR CLASS CHOICE.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT: The balance of all course fees are due at, or prior to the first class, or a payment plan may be arranged at the first class (see Payment Plan below).

DISCOUNTS: FOR SF WEEKlY SERIES STUDENTS!
• $5.00 prepayment discount applies if paid in full by Feb 15.
• $5.00 discount applies to 2nd student from the same family.
• Weekly series students: $25 discount for Hollywood Workshop

HOLLYWOOD WORKSHOP DISCOUNTS & PAY PLANS
$25 discount for two Hollywood Workshops • $50 discount for three Hollywood Workshops. Pre-payment is required before the class date. Payment plans available.

CONFIRMATIONS: Registrations received by Feb. 20th will be confirmed by mail. Those registering after Feb. 20th are advised to contact our office to confirm registrations.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, money orders and cash.

SCHOLARSHIPS
We offer limited reduced fee Scholarships to low income families for S.F. courses. A $50.00 refundable deposit, registration form and documented proof of income must accompany your application. The maximum assistance is up to 40% off. Send application by Feb. 20th.

STUDENT CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of $25.00. Should it be necessary to cancel, notify our office as soon as possible.

ONE-DAY WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 5 days prior to the class date will be refunded 50% of the course fee. Cancellations within 24 hrs before the class date will not receive a refund. Class size is limited. Early notification is appreciated.

WEEKLY SERIES CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 7 days prior to the student’s first day of class are subject to loss of a $125 deposit. No refunds after the first class.
