TV Commercials with Improv & Photos
Students perform two solo scripts, and learn audition skills, to improvise, create characters w/ accents and costumes and participate in a photo shoot with a professional photographer. Improvisation is a basic acting element, which teaches the art of spontaneous creation in acting. It enables students to produce performances without previous thought or preparation, improves auditions, and opens up one’s imagination and natural creativity.
|
Acting for TV Scenes with Improv
Students perform dialogues in scenes and intermediate improvisation. Scene study is a primary skill in which actors learn to share stage and develop relationships. A scene is an event or division in a play. The scene evolves by the involvement and relationship of the players. Scene study enhances ones ability to create relationships, take cues, learn timing, and build memorization skills.
