Beep. beep. beep. talk... have you ever heard this before? Learn how to be a professional looper. Holly works with editors at major film studios in Los Angeles and at Pixar Films in the East Bay and Skywalker Ranch in Marin County. She searches for voiceover talent to cast in films in San Francisco and in L.A.

Share your creativity as we focus on improvisation and have fun. • Sound is 50% of all movies; and most films and TV shows require looping and or dialogue replacement. Learn the "essentials" to looping: *what the terms mean*, “why you need a strong loud voice*, what kinds of things happen on a looping stage, and how improv and imagination play a large role in the world of looping.

This workshop will be educational and could lead to getting cast. On her last visit in March Holly cast three of the workshop students for dialogue replacement and looping for the film, Toy Story 3.

Parents attend at 4:00P for a Q & A session and students will share a short demonstration of what they learned. Students are to bring 2 snapshots or pro photos.

About Holly! Her casting credits include such films as Madagascar 2, Tron, Kung Fu Panda, Ice Age 3, Howl, Avatar, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Iron Man, and The Polar Express. As a child actor she was cast in hundreds of commercials and voiceovers. In ‘87 she began looping for Barbara Harris voice casting and worked on hundreds of films; 14 years later she began to work with the LA Mad Dogs. She produced an independent feature, attended the American Film Institute and graduated from the Producers Program.
